clocks

julie sent me this picture of a clock in her local high-street. it’s actually a stop watch, but it’s all time related.
there’s a great pun in here, but it’s escaping me at present.

i saw this clock one morning at 8:21am. not a great advert for the jewellers within.

watch children are really easy to wind up apparently.
once upon a time i saw a watch face. “which way” you ask ?

a clock outside a funeral directors. the clock itself appeared to be deceased as i took this photo at 8.30 yesterday morning.

this is a great thing. it’s a clock that shows you the time across the (now defunct) british empire. it’s at goodenough college for anyone wanting to inspect it in more detail.

thieves are everywhere. so it’s good news there’s a security camera in close proximity to old big ben

i loved this reflection of a wall clock in the Oak Tree Inn. as the window moved in the door it seemed to shimmer and melt.
a lovely effect enhanced by nice warm colours.

is this a hidden grandfather clock ? dunno. it was locked.

richard sent me this photo from his car dashboard. it’s fantastic. you could wait thousands of years to see a date like this !

i worked near this clock for 3 years but never spotted it. funny how time sometimes passes by without us noticing.
