andy the model
andy kindly modelled for one of my open university assignment.
if it wasn’t for the fact that it was his beer, i would suggest a good way to persuade people to pose for you to give them beer. in andy’s case he had already thought of this.
the gas museum
i went to a reception in a gas museum in poland. here are some pictures
a night out streaking
tony and i stood on a motorway bridge taking pictures of car lights. i flashed him whilst he we were both streaking.
that’s the kind of thing that can happen if you flash at someone unexpectedly on a motorway bridge
cyclist crossing
this was quite literally shot from the hip with my slr as i ran across the road to avoid being run over by cars. (lots of running). i was quite pleased with the results seeing as i wasn’t even looking.
i should look less more often.
children’s play area, more animals arriving soon
lots of interest here. it seems more animals are arriving. except they aren’t actually arriving right now, because if they were, that would be interesting and worth stopping to see.
so to make it clear, they’ve added the word “soon”, but that still implies it’s wait-able.
but then we see the children’s play area and all becomes clear. we are being advised to get our kids to enjoy the play area before it gets too busy, as more unruly kids (ie animals) will be arriving soon.
at least that’s how i interpreted it
halloween graffiti
funkypancake doesn’t do halloween, but i was interested in this chap who was spray painting a plastic covered wall.
he wrote halloween from October 13th.
“what next?” said paul, who was there with me “Christmas from the 52nd December?”
