the great christmas tree catching
yesterday we went to get our christmas tree.

there were plenty of trees to chose from

the tree was finally chosen

this year the girls also did the sawing

then it was in to the house – here’s jane dancing the light fantastic. look at the sparks from her feet.

first mincer of xmas06
this was my first mince pie of xmas 2006. i declared to the chef that “i normally find mince pies quite discusting, but these are ok”.
jane, my lovely wife, who was sitting next to me, said “what are you saying about the mince pies i make?”. oooops.
they looked like volauvents (i’m sure i didn’t spell that correctly)
