another belgian day, another toilet related event. this time a sign (in english) on a bin

things have got bad on london’s tube network, with parts of it closed for maintenance. so they’ve laid on alternative transport, including these first class private booths which can be delivered directly to people’s houses. brilliant.

these toilets are in a National Trust property. as men stand and wee they are greated by a group photo of the elderly volunteers smiling back.

a dies. the beginning of the end or the end of the beginning. alphabetically speaking

our holiday bible club ended with a BBQ and outside concert which was good fun. many of the photos i took during the week were projected on to a screen at the side of the band and could only be viewed by standing behind us. which meant there were people standing next to myself and the drummer which was very strange.
anyway, we had a really good week, but what i won’t miss most is the portaloos. kezia liked them, but i think that’s because she found the flush good fun.
