Well my eldest informed me today he wanted to be a policeman when he grew up. I actually think he’d be rather good at it – he’s one of those annoying kids that knows all the rules and makes sure everyone else in the building knows them too!

at the celebrity wedding we went to recently we bumped in to all the members of our old youth group band, 2 of whom are now policemen. that’s probably significant, but i’m not sure how.
