oh, now, this really makes me miss living in london. for some reason, i loved sitting in trafalgar square and watching everything go by. i can’t remember the reason why i was there though. is there a block of bookstores nearby? that must be it. oh, yes, this is a lovely photo.
The bookshops on Charing Cross Road are quite nearby so perhaps you were heading there.
