Are the orange bollards somehow angst-ridden, therefore wearing white stripes trying to desparately fit into a anglocentric society?
but you’ve got to love the short dumpy yellow bollard, proud of who he/she is and not afraid of smarmy comments from passers by.
I like the one with the green base, it’s very vivid!
