i really must learn to slow down a bit when speaking, especially at the end of these videos.  will. try. harder.

i’ve started going out for an hour long evening stomp around the locality in the aid of fitness.  it struck me i should be doing something with that time.  so here’s an attempt at a live photo.   what do you think ?  worth perservering with ?
