there were lots of people in fancy dress at the half marathon yesterday

i liked this guy’s subtle costume

i’ll post a load of photos of some of the other fancy dressers over the next week or so

the chap below was another superman and he did seem to be actually flying (click on the picture and look at his feet!)

we saw these people heading for the starting line of the Reading Half Marathon yesterday

and then we saw them finishing – still going strong

jane and esther did the family fun run things yesterday morning.

they got silver and gold blankets when they finished which was all you could ever wish for !

then jane went on to run the Reading half marathon and did very well indeed

when we got home i went to bed and slept all afternoon, despite being the person in our family who did the least exercise !
