i liked the hidden pressure of the ‘can’t be bothered’ sign

we passed some home recycling bins when we were out yesterday.  i always think it’s interesting to have a quick look in them to see what kind of things the owner reads.  And of course it’s even more interesting at this time of year as people recycle their old christmas cards.

we could have taken this box away and had a lovely evening speculating about other people’s lives using the short messages in unknown people’s christmas cards.  but we didn’t.
