fairs are disturbing places

i can’t believe fairgrounds are still allowed to give goldfish as prizes.  they are a complete nightmare for all involved, especially the fish.

i saw quite a few children wandering round with small bags of goldfish. proudly presenting them to their parents, who then had to purchase a goldfish bowl and food at inflated prices from the stall where they’d ‘luckily’ won them.

this poor chap was bludgeoned by another chap with a big clonking sword.  all in the name of entertainment

this lady thanked us all for watching.  she knew about watching as she had funky glasses

and in the name of health and safety let youngsters hold this rather heavy and sharp piece of metal
