failing to set fire to the pudding
it’s traditional to set christmas puddings on fire. jane managed it and it was quite impressive. but unfortunately, by the time it made it to the table it was out. Jane’s dad was intrigued.
xmas lunch #6 – the family version
of course the most absolute best xmas lunch this year was our family lunch cooked by jane yesterday. terrific stuff.

kezia spent most of christmas day blowing up giant balloons and letting them go, making them one of her best presents.
