it’s back to work for me today. the christmas beard has now been removed and all the visitors are gone.

a new approach to lost gloves
on new year’s day we went for a family walk and spotted a glove. nothing unusual there.
but then my mother in law picked it up and put it on. she’d forgotten one of her own gloves you see.
and so we continued on our walk (here’s thomas, sil binky and kezia)
it was a there-and-back walk and when we got back to the point where found the glove, my mother in law looked for a place to put the glove so the owner would find it.
my father in law suggested the sign post and was the only one who could reach it.
here he is looking very unsuspicious

started off in athens, then went to vienna with jane (stayed in a fantastic hotel), philip and fern, peter stringfellow, nearly killed paul weller, jane did the windsor half marathon, and plenty of other stuff

elton visited, went shooting with a gold medal olympian, thames parth part 6 and part 7, stopped commuting by train everyday, went to the reading festival, didn’t win a photo prize, family holiday in england (most of the photos were posted in september) then off to athens for a conference, and plenty of other stuff
