small words in the corner of a small sign.  if you’ve got so close you can read the word ‘here’ you probably already know that.

the window on the right had been bricked up and peddle dashed.  but it looked to me rather like an untuned analogue television.  something for older readers to ponder.

a friend asked me who sells gold at these kind of places.  i answered ‘rappers’.

everything used to sound like ‘a good name for a band’.  as i’ve got older i’ve noticed that less.  my focus is elsewhere.  that’s a shame.

we don’t have old things in new zealand.  at least not things which people have made.
