lovely turn of phrase.  shame about the toilet though

a good friend sent me this picture of trollies by this sign, then i found the location by accident myself.  it’s a good find

i suspect the “cuppa” is something more potent which accounts for all the various activities, fun and laughter that you can observe.  just guessing.
