we saw these people heading for the starting line of the Reading Half Marathon yesterday
and then we saw them finishing – still going strong

running in the family
jane and esther did the family fun run things yesterday morning.
they got silver and gold blankets when they finished which was all you could ever wish for !
then jane went on to run the Reading half marathon and did very well indeed
when we got home i went to bed and slept all afternoon, despite being the person in our family who did the least exercise !
welford park snowdrops
i took the girls to Welford Park yesterday to see the snowdrops. quite amazing
even if there had been no snowdrops it would have been a fantastic place to visit
humour failure
these two books had fallen down in front of a window in a Bracknell children’s playgroup type place. Little Miss Fun vs Nobody Laughed. The fun’s over it seems
