a result of the recent rainy weather, this board walk looked a bit wobbly. we haven’t got a great family track of making it across such things without some excitement (i’ll tell you the owl story soon when we’re in retro fortnight). jane went first, but all was ok.

this sign is lovely. i suspect it might be slightly tongue in cheek (since it was no-where near Greenwich). It says (with extra apostrophes):
