What exactly did they do to the peas, and did the potato start out as a real one? It seems to have a lot of holes.
the peas were mashed. not mushed. they had almost a peanut butter texture, and tasted like peas freshly podded.
as for the potato, it was a bit like a fancy crisp. perhaps it had been cooked, cut, squashed then fried ?
I love the look of this. if this could be compacted more it could become a fry-up pill, like you might give a British astronaut.
