i know there’s a pop up one in Reading which spends the day underground and surfaces for the benefit of late night town revellers.
it right next to the statue of queen victoria which is nice for her.

For those who collect such trivia – I can now state that this one *is* on the site of a previous one. It is right beside a memorial to Oscar Wilde, which may or may not mean anything.
This looks to me as if it is on the site of a previous one – so ‘arrived’ is not quite the term I’d use!
