what a fabulous photograph. i LOVE the cracking paint. it’s beautiful. i think you should, in all fairness, take a photo while the shop is open. ok, there’s no fairness involved, but i’d still like to see it. i’m going to find a photo like this in san francisco today. really, i love this.
I don’t know why, but the Gents next door seems very apt.
i suspect we’re unlikely to ever see that shop open again. dressed tripe and offal aren’t that popular anymore.
