i was kindly sent a copy of Worship God Live<\/a> by Bob Kauflin<\/a> to review. here’s me holding the CD in the car (jane was driving):

\nHello. Jane here (but typed by Mr Funkypancake so spelling mistakes are his)
\nWorship God Live is a well put together mix of songs moving from up tempo praise to more reflective slower songs (\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Thank you for the Cross\u00e2\u20ac\u009d type songs) and then ends more upbeat again with songs about commitment and renewal. There’s reworkings of 2 traditional hymns on the CD which was a pleasant surprise.
\nMusically, there’s a good variation of guitary songs and ones which use other instruments. The CD is recorded live and has a live feel with great sound quality. I found myself singing one of the tunes later which is always a good sign !
\nI knew of Mark Altrogge and Bob Kauflin before and this CD introduced me to Pat Sczebel too.
\nIt’s great that you can download sheet music and we will probably use some of the songs in our church (small british anglican church).
\nDefinitely worth a listen for personal stuff or searching for new stuff for your church. It’s also a good introduction to Sovereign grace music.
