big wheel
i think this was an optical illusion, but the reflection in the puddle of the wheel looked biger than the actual wheel. is that possible ?

i added a slight split toning to get the pinky hue (who?) but otherwise the magic was all as seen (including my legs (and?) bottom left)

scaffolding for legs
here is one of those playstation adverts before we knew they were playstation adverts. it was a sunny day and the reflection of the platform, a scaffolding tower and staircase replaced the bottom of it giving it a slightly different look.

it's a comedy mirror in an optical illusion museum (which may not have actually existed)
5 o'clock
as long time viewers will know, i've taken this picture before, but it always makes me gasp when i walk past it. It's on the corner of the Treasury building on Whitehall (on the corner of Parliament Square and Parliament Street [see here] as you walk away from the river)
blind
here's my college walter on the other side of my office window. reflected in the window are a load of satellite dishes on the other side of the road.
the picture is a blind picture in that it's a picture of a blind, but also you can't really see what it is.
tenuously linked is the fact that our talk in church on sunday morning was about Jesus giving sight to the blind from birth bloke. the miracle itself was cool, but what happened after is equally fascinating.
