this was taken in bath last month. it used to be full of romans, so i guess 'est urant' means something to them.
update: Alan emailed me to say that my hunch might be right, and it could actually mean something in latin. his suggestion was a little wilder than i imagined, but when i looked it up
here it said 'est urant' means 'is heavenly'.
