typically i only do things which are a single button in irfanview www.irfanview.com cropping, resizing, occasional black and white and inversion. very occasionally i'll kick something across to photoshop elements.
also, my computer monitor on my home PC is a bit rubbish too so even if things looked good on that then chances are they wouldn't on other PCs.
it was in england on the thursday before the bank holiday, i was on the way to a gig the night before the Reading festival kicked off.
and now i think about it, i have got the contrast turned up on one of my camera settings so it might be that. it was probably taken with higher than normal contrast using ISO 400.
i'm impressed vin. i never bother thinking about such things, let alone spotting them after the event.
there's still so much to learn ...
