Decades ago i went on a church youth group outing to P.L.. We had a flour fight on the main lawn. Some blokey came out to object, but when we told him the grown up was an Anglican vicar, he happily went off and left us to it. I Never could work out thelogic of that!
Probably looking for Vicars!
Are you sure that's a camera? Looks more like an infrared movement detector.
