Wow, this silvery glove looks like something from Star Trek. Wonder if there is an alien walking around we don't know about?

what if railings are actually aliens ? the gloves are there to disguise the fact that they are growing hands and will start grabbing poor, unsuspecting people as they travel by ?
it's all slightly too frightening to comprehend isn't it ?
