here is an unreadable sign stuck round a lamp-post. it's got so much string on it you can't read all the words.

i think it says:

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE RUBBISH HERE ALL DAY
THE RUBBISH IS COLLECTED AT 7AM EVERY MORNING
LEAVE YOUR RUBBISH OUT AT NIGHT
THIS IS A HEALTH HAZARD AND WILL ENCOURAGE RATS
THANK YOU

i don't know about you, but i'm keen to encourage rats so i'll comply with the sign.
