Are trollies the new bollards?
they could be.
i saw a chap pushing a trolley in a wheelbarrow this morning (but he whizzed in to a house before i could take his photo)
Trolleys are very strong.
This afternoon I saw one with a Cliff on top of it.
(OK, it was Clifford "Solomon" Grundy, not one of those white things from Dover)
